The accommodation comprises of a generous sitting/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, three double bedrooms, one with twin beds, family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, and garden room.

The new kitchen is fitted with cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc, and all the usual things you might have at home. Woodpeckers is a “home from home”.

The breakfast area caters for that "on the go" toast and coffee or brunch.

The duel aspect lounge/diner has comfortable seating, and overlooks the garden through the patio doors over the decking.
The dining area has full size table and chairs for six.

The downstairs cloakroom is fitted with w.c and wash basin.

The cosy garden room has cane seating, and of course looks out onto the garden.

The two double bedrooms are full of character having beautiful Victorian fireplaces. The twin room overlooks the garden.
Adequate furniture is provided in each room.

The bathroom is fitted with bath, with over bath shower attachment, w.c, and wash basin.

The furnishings, carpets, decorations and appointments are of excellent quality and meet all safety standards.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout, and all fuel and electricity is included in the rent, The linen is crisp and white and the towels soft and fluffy. We do not supply beach or pool towels.
